we went to High Cross in Leicester today - it's a newish shopping centre that has opened attached to the previous one which is called the Shires. Or some such combination of those. It has a big John Lewis and I totally bought about 20k of stuff in my head today with kitchen, living room and dining room stuff. *sigh* and that was only buying stuff I really feel like I need once we redecorate. We're living with other peoples cast offs at the moment and its a bit disheartening. but hey ho. At least we have furniture right? and no debt except the mortgage right? and a bathroom which has carpet up the bloody walls! riiiiight. that's the job we're saving for at the moment. then the living room hopefully as that has a mahoosive monstrosity of a fireplace made of stuff that looks like fake brick cladding of the jack and vera duckworth era.Parsely, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme ...
why didn't they just put it on freecycle?
