uh - owie
I slept pretty well last night - no strange dreams or nightmares but my back is sore again today - way low down around my coxyx (I never remember how to spell that). Serves me right for doing chores I guess.No more dishwashing - it's the washing up that does it every time and yet everytime my back feels good I give the dishes a go for a couple of days and then that's it my back gets sore again.
don't get me wrong - I am not bent over like the most recent episode but I am sore and have had to take full meds so far today. pah
