mmmm I just made this delicious concoction for my supper. Breaded haddock pieces (oven baked) in pitta bread served with horseradish laced mayonnaise and saurkraut.I have no idea what on earth made me put those ingredients together other than sorting through the fridge and freezer and trying to use up the last of things that were open.
But hey - lemme tell ya. It's a good combination.
Oh yeah.
