own fault
I've had a crap evening - I had a really bad attack with my gallstones - I ate a really creamy carbonara so its my own fault but y know - its shite - and this is after I have also had breakthrough bleeding with my cerezette and my joints are sore and flared up although I am hoping to get some new meds for all that tomorrow. what a fuck up. take me to b put down please. put me out of my misery. actually i am ok - I really should stop moaning. what a plank.
