arse - I am having a downer and as usual it has resulted in mme throwing my back out and the anxiety playing havoc with my stomach and then having real problems with my pain relief. great. I had to take today off work as I was having the gallstone like contractions again. fucking awesome.but hey - I lost 5lb in the last week. go nerves go.
