I really shouldn't drink alcohol. It's very bad for my mental state. i don't mean at the time and I don't mean hangovers, I mean the after effects seem to drag on for ages. I know it's a depressant so it's kinda stupid to drink booze when you are living a life with depression anyway, but I guess it's like picking a scab. If it's there you've got to do it. But it's so much fun at the time!
