Hot diggety
We've just had our christmas eve dinner and we had fishcakes! they were delicious ones that were thai flavoured and we had 'em with griddled potatoes and a bell pepper sauce I made myself of red and yellow peppers and a bermuda onion and I made this wicked spicy dipping sauce for the fishcakes made from fresh chillis, balsamic vinegar, honey, lemon and red onion. Damn. I love to cook.
