I write some semi legal stuff today:commission is provided on the basis that client and agent remain contracted to the provider and the principal respectively all commissions will be reduced pro rata should either contract be terminated in advance of the end of the natural annual policy life. where appropriate the clawback account held on behalf of the agent will cover the necessary rebate due to the principal and / or the provider. However, should the clawback account be unable to cover the reimbursement it is the responsibility of the agent to settle the outstanding amounts owed upon contract being disbursed.
