entirely without inspiration
someone, I think ava asked aobut my possible tv appearance - and yes it will be on martins new programme if it all goes ahead - its to do with moneysaving but we are supposedly not meant to mention his website.we had fish and chips for dinner last night :D

and the swim and steam room and sauna was awesome.
I am meant to go for a swim again today but I feel quite tired and need to perform ablutions to get ready to go to liams mum birthday tea -shes fifty today.
tomorrow is the party proper
I want to sleep again.
