I have been bouncing around for two days since eating a mango over the weekend so i am gonna try and be brave later and go to tesco to get some mango juice and a few more fresh mango
they have a natural anti d in them!
they are fun to prepare too cos they have this big flat oval stone in them not like an avocado which I thought it would be like

you can get them tinned too
